Virgin Australia Airlines is part of the Virgin Brand, a well respected global brand with over 300 branded companies worldwide. Since launching in 2011, the airline has become one of the largest in Australia. The company have 4 major hubs in Australia and New Zealand, with its main hub located in Bowen Hills, Queensland.
Virgin Australia approached TIKS to acquire a solution to streamline its existing sign in processes. The system would be used to manage the sign-in procedure for its staff population, visitors and contractors onsite. A digital solution was sought after for being technologically progressive. The new Visitor Management system would replace Virgin Australia’s existing paper based method.
TIKS Visitor was adopted by Virgin Australia as its new visitor management system (VMS) across 3 major hubs. All personnel entering the site are now accounted for and managed via a digital administration portal. Visitors and contractors onsite now simply visit the VMS kiosk at entry points in the facility to sign-in and out.
